Dear Vendors,

We, Wet and Wild Summerfest Inc., would like to remind all food and general vendors participating in our event that we are not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur during the event. We recommend that all vendors take necessary precautions to secure their equipment and merchandise to prevent any damage or theft.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any vendor fees or expenses incurred for the event. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the number of attendees that will be present at the event, and sometimes events do not go as planned. We will not be held responsible for any loss of profits or unsold merchandise due to low attendance or any other factors beyond our control.

We also advise all vendors to have adequate insurance coverage for their products and equipment. Wet and Wild Summerfest Inc. will not be liable for any losses or damages that may occur to the vendors' products or equipment during the event.

By participating in the event, all vendors agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their products and equipment.
